On January 10, the National Award for Science and Technology Progress Conference was held in Beijing. The project "the establishment of new rare enzyme resource development system and its application in the field of medicine" led by Professor Xie Tian from the School of Medicine of our University won the second prize. Xie Tian attended the conference as the first accomplisher of the project. He won a high praise from the top leaders of the central government. This also marks an important breakthrough in the field of scientific research for the university.
