National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) announced its recently approved 2021 list of research projects. Until now, 66 projects of Hangzhou Normal University have been approved, including one Key project, one Excellent Young Scientists Fund project, 25 General projects, 38 Young Scientists Fund projects and one International Cooperation and Exchange project. The direct funding approved is 28,347,000 yuan, an increase of 2.1% compared with that of the same period last year. The number of projects and amount of grant awarded to HZNU are among the top in Zhejiang Province.

Previously, 7 projects of HZNU were awarded the 2021 National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC), making itself rank the sixth among colleges and universities in China and second in Zhejiang Province, breaking its own record.
